Simply press the button on your Belle S device to instantly connect with our 24/7 U.S.-based response center. Our trained operators will speak with you through the device's two-way speaker, assess your situation, and dispatch help to your location if needed.

Does the Belle S offer fall protection?

It does not, but the Belle X and Belle W do. When a fall is detected, those devices trigger an alert to our response center.

Do I need a smartphone or Wi-Fi to use Belle S?

No. Belle S operates independently with its own cellular connection on the Verizon network. You don't need a smartphone, Wi-Fi, or landline to use it.

Does Belle S work outside my home?

Yes! Belle S provides reliable coverage anywhere Verizon's 4G LTE network is available across the United States. Take it with you while walking, shopping, traveling, or visiting family and friends.

What happens when I press the button?
