Freebird Medical Alerts was formed by Chris and Karen, a husband-and-wife team with backgrounds in health care. Chris, a physical therapist since 1998, and Karen, a pharmacist since 2000, are both passionate about helping people to live strong and healthy lives. As a home health physical therapist for much of his career, Chris has seen firsthand how important it is for seniors and people with health conditions to feel safe and independent at home. Because of this, he felt inspired to start a family-owned business that helps other families. Together with their daughter, Kyla, Freebird was created to give families the comfort of knowing their loved ones are always protected. Our medical alert systems are backed by real people who genuinely care. When you reach out to us, you are connecting with a team that treats you like one of their own.
